Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance candidate with excellent English listening skills to join our team at Afir Technologies. In this role, the chosen candidate will be responsible for reviewing call recordings of every sales call to ensure that agents are adhering to company protocols during their conversations.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month, depending on experience.
