Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Feedback Supervisor to join our call center team based in Defence Phase 5, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer interactions, gathering feedback, resolving complaints, and maintaining precise records in Excel. Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate service quality by reviewing recorded customer calls.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding their experiences.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Keep accurate records of feedback and complaints in Excel.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
