Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at AizTek Technologies located in Islamabad. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day tasks involve answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, responding to email inquiries and chats, and providing support to customers.
Qualifications:
- Customer service representatives and customer support skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred
The following skills would also be beneficial:
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to speak additional languages
- Experience working in a call center or similar environment
