Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Lahore. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and other forms of communication with customers. Your duties will include answering questions, providing information, addressing concerns, and resolving problems, all while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies. This is an on-site role, and applicants must be located in Lahore.
