Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Executive to join our team and provide exceptional support to our US-based clients. As a Client Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact, assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for US clients, providing prompt and professional support.
- Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to client support requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in client services or support roles.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with US clients.
- Ability to work in US time zones or as per required shift timings.
