Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. The Call Center Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Computer Literacy skills and experience with CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Fluent in English and Urdu (both written and spoken)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
