Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative – Night Shift to join our team and contribute to generating sales for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using prepared scripts.
- Answer any questions regarding products or the company.
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and effectively close sales.
- Refer prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the company’s database.
- Take and process orders efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent command of spoken English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn about our products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
- Cool-headed and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
