Job Description
We are seeking a courteous and professional Call Center Representative to handle inbound customer inquiries, provide clear product information, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Answer calls and accurately log interactions in the CRM
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
Minimum requirement: high school diploma. Prior call center or customer service experience preferred. Basic computer skills required. Flexible shifts; training provided.
