Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative in Lahore. The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients. They will interact with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues. The Call Center Representative will document all interactions with customers and will maintain customer records in the company database.
Qualifications
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills.
- Fresh and Experienced both can apply.
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills.
- Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with customers.
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
HANDSOME SALARY PACKAGE WITH HIGH-PAYING INCENTIVES.
Job Timing: 06:00 PM to 2:30 AM
