Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Relaunch Tech located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving customer issues via phone, email, or chat. They will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on customer inquiries, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team as needed.
Qualifications
