Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support by handling incoming calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Call Center Agent will be based in Malir Cantonment.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Computer Literacy skills.
- Ability to adapt to various customer situations.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
