Job Description
Tech Harbour Services is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to act as the liaison between our company and its customers. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls, follow scripts, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls
- Follow communication scripts
- Identify needs and provide solutions
- Upsell products
- Build customer relationships
- Maintain call records
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal communication

Salary: 30,00 PKR + uncapped commissions, 2 PM to 10 PM, New Garden Town, Lahore.
