TDN is currently recruiting Fresh & Experienced Undergraduates for its BPO in Karachi. Join The Diligence Network (TDN) and be a part of our dynamic team!
Non-rotational fixed shift hours, no overtime.
Shift A (39hrs/week) (Evening 6:00 pm – 12:30 am)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To interact energetically with recurring and new customers in developing business and follow up through calls & emails.
- Get professional experience and improve yourself in all ways simultaneously, if you meet our requirements stated below.
REQUIREMENTS
- Academic qualification: Matric, Intermediate, Bachelors, O/A Levels, University Undergraduates may also APPLY if shift hours are suitable.
- Candidates must have basic knowledge of Outbound Call Center operations.
- Must be creative, multitasking, active listener and a good speaker.
- Must be proficient in spoken & written English (fluent).
