Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Total Solution is looking for a confident and proactive Call Center Representative who excels in sales and recruitment. In this role, you will engage with potential Loan Officers, conduct interviews, and contribute to the growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to prospective candidates.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for suitability.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our organization.
- Schedule interviews and manage follow-up communications.
Requirements: Proficiency in English is essential, prior call center experience is preferred, but we welcome fresh graduates. Basic computer skills are necessary.
