Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Lahore. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, providing product and service information, and processing orders, forms, and applications. The Call Center Agent will also be responsible for maintaining customer records.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Computer Literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus

30,00PKR-40,00PKR (Plus Commission)
