Job Description
Outwerk Solutions seeks professional Call Center Representatives for in-person roles. Shifts: Part-time 7:00 PM–2:00 AM and Full-time 7:00 PM–4:00 AM, Monday–Friday (weekends off). Salary: Rs40,00–Rs50,00 per month, plus commissions, incentives, and performance bonuses. We provide career development and a supportive, professional work environment.
- Requirements: fluent English, strong persuasion and sales skills, ability to perform in a fast-paced setting. Call center experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
