Job Description
AA Digital is recruiting full-time, on-site Call Center Sales Executives for U.S. telesales in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM, Mon–Fri; weekends off. Fresh graduates are welcome; paid training and ongoing support provided.
- Conduct outbound calls for truck-dispatch campaigns to U.S. customers; explain services in English, generate and qualify leads, update CRM, and meet targets.
- Compensation: PKR 35,00–45,00 plus performance-based incentives; stable monthly pay and clear career progression to senior and leadership roles.
- Requirements: basic to good English communication skills, motivation, goal orientation, and availability for night shift and on-site work.
