What You’ll Do:
- Professionally handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions
- Maintain precise records within our CRM system
- Achieve daily and weekly performance objectives
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday–Friday
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1 (On-site)
