Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and service through phone interactions. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. This role requires strong communication and computer literacy skills.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in contact centers or customer service roles
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate through computer systems
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English and Urdu
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience in the electronics industry is a plus
