Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist at DollarNests LLC located in Rawalpindi. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support through various channels (phone, email, chat). They must maintain accurate records in the company database and communicate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Additionally, they will need to provide detailed reporting on customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a contact center environment.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate between multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Must have excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral is mandatory.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desired.
