Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Specialist at our Lahore office. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer support and providing excellent customer service. Your tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong computer literacy is required.
