Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Specialist. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and accurately entering customer information into a computer system.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Contact Centers is preferred
- Computer Literacy and ability to quickly learn new software
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include bilingual language skills, experience using various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and prior experience in the customer service industry.
