Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Lahore. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, delivering excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role also requires proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with contact centers.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high call volume
- Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with contact centers
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or relevant field
- Experience in the aviation or tourism industry is a plus
