Job Description
Perfect Group is looking for a Call Center Specialist to efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills, patience, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle a high volume of customer calls.
– Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
– Follow prescribed communication scripts and company protocols.
– Keep accurate records of all customer interactions.
– Achieve individual and team targets regarding customer satisfaction.
– Escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
– Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
– Basic computer skills, with knowledge of CRM systems.
– Fluent in English.
