Job Description

A Call Center Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. As a specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
  • Handle requests for troubleshooting, technical support, and product assistance.
