Job Description
The Perfect Group is seeking a B2B experienced individual to join as a Call Center & Client Management Specialist. Responsibilities include client outreach, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements include a high school diploma, previous B2B or technical support experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software. Night shift availability required.
