Role Description:
The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints, providing information, and maintaining records of customer interactions in a call center environment. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore.
Qualifications:
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Ability to handle stress and high call volumes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
