Job Description

We are currently seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our team at ALGO. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center and ensuring that our team of Call Center Representatives delivers exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of Call Center Representatives, monitoring call quality and productivity, and providing ongoing training and feedback. You will also be responsible for handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving complex issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center supervisory role, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach.   • Prior experience in a call center supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
