Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Call Center Agents to achieve performance targets and goals.
- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to enhance team members’ skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using call center software and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing excellent service.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
Location: Karachi
Timings: 6 PM to 02 AM
