Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Call Center Agents to achieve performance targets and goals. Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to enhance team members’ skills and performance. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the team. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A commitment to providing excellent service.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Timings: 6 PM to 02 AM
