Job Description
Waada Digital Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Call Center Team Lead to enhance and support our agents working on telecom campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in domestic call centers and telecom-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of call center agents
- Monitor team performance to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved
- Address escalations to uphold service quality
- Collaborate with management to provide updates on campaign progress
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a domestic call center environment
- Previous leadership experience in telecom campaigns is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
