Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical service and support to end-users using various tools
- Interact with customers to provide information and address inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Research information and follow standard procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues, offer alternative solutions
- Communicate effectively and make scheduled call backs
- Stay updated with system changes and adapt to shifts
Requirements:
- Technical Call Center background in IT or CCTV (or ELV)
- Good communication skills and proficiency in the local language
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of French is advantageous
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain a calm nature
- Previous Technical Call Center Experience preferred
