Job Description
The Botss (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent for USA-based calling.
Job Summary: Excellent English communication skills are required to build relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls.
- Address customer objections professionally.
- Schedule appointments.
- Follow up on leads promptly.
Requirements: Experience in fluent English cold calling and strong interpersonal skills.
Location: Clifton, Block 2, Karachi | Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
