We at TalkAgent are hiring customer service representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. TalkAgent is a reputable Call Center providing customer support for over a decade.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Assess customers’ needs and achieve satisfaction
  • Build trust with customers through open communication
  • Provide accurate information efficiently
  • Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints and provide solutions
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or higher education
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Customer orientation and multitasking ability
  • Stay calm under pressure

Salary Range: 40k to 70k per month

Location: Defence Raya Fairways Commercial Center, Lahore

Job Timing:

  • 06:00 pm – 03:00 am
  • 10:00 pm – 07:00 am
  • 12:00 am – 09:00 am
