Job Description

In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently resolving inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders and maintain detailed call records.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred 1+ years of relevant experience.
