Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with beneficiaries.
- Maintain accurate call logs and data entries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and provide guidance to beneficiaries.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
