Job Description
South Punjab Hospital, a premier healthcare facility located in Multan, is seeking a professional and courteous Call Operator. The successful candidate will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, acting as the first point of contact for patients, their families, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include answering calls, providing accurate information, redirecting calls, managing records, assisting with appointment scheduling, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English are essential.
