Job Description
Translation Empire is seeking a Language Assessor responsible for conducting English language assessments for new and existing employees. This role includes daily call quality monitoring, coaching on spoken English, and providing customer service training specific to UK culture.
Applicants should hold a graduate degree in English Literature or Applied Linguistics with 4-5 years of English teaching experience, particularly with IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English Exams. Proficiency in written and spoken English and familiarity with UK English dialects are essential.
