Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 45,00 – PKR 50,00/month
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
Join ABS International as a Night Shift Call Quality Analyst. Monitor customer interactions and enhance performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 50+ call evaluations weekly
- Analyze KPIs like FCR and CSAT
- Provide actionable feedback to agents
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
Requirements:
- 1+ year QA experience in call centers
- Proficient with NiceCXone or Calabrio
- Fluent in English and Urdu
