Job Description
Join our team at ABS International in Karachi, Pakistan! We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance service excellence at our contact center. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,00 to PKR 40,00 per month, with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
In this role, you will monitor customer interactions, ensuring compliance and quality standards while providing constructive feedback to our agents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating calls for quality assurance and compliance
- Delivering actionable feedback to agents
- Conducting thorough compliance audits
To qualify, you should have over a year of experience in quality assurance, strong skills in QA software, and an analytical mindset. Night shift availability is required.
