Job Description
Join The Ranking Geeks as we are seeking a dedicated Call Quality Assurance Analyst. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Lahore. The ideal candidate must be willing to work the night shift, from 7 PM to 4 AM.
Essential requirements include prior experience in a call center environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of calls and improving customer service standards.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. Our office is located at 101 C2 PGECHS, Near Evercare Hospital, Lahore.
