Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Call Support Analyst to join our team. As a Call Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, through phone and email communications. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Job Description:
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a particular emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a native English accent is a definite advantage.
- Possessing a solid understanding of Windows operating systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
- Familiarity with tier-based escalation models, knowing when and how to escalate issues to higher levels of support for prompt resolution.
- Being proactive in identifying critical issues and escalating them appropriately to ensure swift resolution.
- Handling email inquiries from clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Strong follow-up skills are essential to ensure that all client concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
- Development of post campaign case studies.
- Open to travel for meetings as and when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a healthcare or technical support environment.
- Experience in attending support calls with doctors and nurses is highly preferred, as it requires a unique blend of technical expertise and empathy.
- Familiarity with tier-based escalation procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
