Job Description

Octdaily is currently looking for a dedicated Call Support Agent with experience in the healthcare industry. As a Call Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, via phone and email. Your main goal will be to resolve technical issues promptly and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to healthcare professionals through phone and email.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Windows systems and troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
  • Understand tier-based escalation models to handle issues efficiently and proactively identify critical concerns.
  • Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up diligently to address all client concerns satisfactorily.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally in healthcare or technical support.
  • Proficiency in Windows systems and knowledge of escalation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
