Job Description
Outwerk Solutions is looking for a Tele Sales Representative who is enthusiastic and goal-oriented to assist in lead generation. Responsibilities include generating leads over the phone and nurturing customer relationships.
Salary: 50,00 PKR + Incentives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with good time management
- Competitive, confident, and independent
- Prior experience in tele sales or similar role
- Ability to learn and discuss product details effectively
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
- Exceed Monthly Leads Target
- Generate Sales leads and maintain pipeline
Language Requirement: English

Working Days: Mon – Fri
Working Hours: 7:00pm – 4:00am
