Job Description
Trillium Information Security Systems is seeking a Calling Representative to join our team. This position entails managing both inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism. You will engage with clients and customers, addressing their inquiries effectively.
Your key duties will include following up on leads, maintaining detailed call logs, assisting with appointment scheduling, and providing essential information about our services and products. A courteous and professional demeanor is crucial in all interactions.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, with experience ranging from recent graduates to up to one year in customer service or telemarketing. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00.
