Job Description
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- 2+ years’ of experience in CRM management in retail/ ecommerce/ food-tech/ marketing/ loyalty industries with a proven track record of delivering results
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Main Accountabilities:
- Establish and configure customer segmentation, triggers, tags, journeys, and both static and dynamic content within the CRM strategy,
- Developing and implementing email/SMS/ WhatsApp automation strategies for multiple countries
- Building and deploying automated email and omni-channel campaign journeys in the CRM platform
- Developing and/or implementing AB testing strategies for email creative/ WhatsApp templates, applying learnings to future campaigns as needed
- Providing regular journey performance reports to appropriate stakeholders
- Testing and troubleshooting all journeys to ensure proper rendering of all campaigns
- Designing and coding custom journey creative and email templates
- Following established approvals process for all designed collateral, applying changes as requested by business stakeholders, and ensuring final creative assets meet their deadline
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as user open rates, click rates, frequency, retention rates, and develop plans to address any issues.
Competencies & Skills:
- Proven experience in direct-to-consumer marketing strategy in eCommerce/ omnichannel retail
- Knowledge in marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management, and online marketing.
- Understanding of the customer path to purchase.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS coding.
- Basic SQL coding experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly MoEngage (good to have).
- Ability to work with a diverse team, collaborate cross-functionally and work through challenges.
