Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Campus Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Karachi. As a Recruitment Consultant in our campus recruitment division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with universities and colleges to attract top talent.
Your main duties will include organizing and attending recruitment events, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ suitability for various positions within our organization. You will also be responsible for creating engaging presentations and promoting our company’s employer brand.
Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to build strong relationships with candidates and have a good understanding of the job market and recruitment trends.
