Job Description
The Capability Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of the Capability Development Agenda to accelerate business growth. The focus will be on enhancing Productivity & Customer Experience, reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive Capability Agenda to boost productivity and customer experience.
- Design experiential learning solutions for desired behavior change.
- Streamline learning efficiency and effectiveness with leading-edge tools.
- Enhance employee skills with “learning in the flow of work”.
- Conduct capability assessments, identify gaps, and develop areas for improvement.
- Implement learning interventions to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
- Deliver high-quality blended learning through various methods.
- Assess the ROI of learning interventions and adjust if needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to customize learning programs.
- Maintain a learning management system (LMS) for tracking training progress.
- Stay updated on the latest learning trends and technologies.
Critical Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience with 3-4 years in people management and 4-5 years in Training & OD.
- Knowledge of Training & OD fundamentals, LMS, and content creation software.
