- Collaborate with tech teams and Card Schemes
- Meet SLAs for card personalization and delivery
- Drive post-launch evaluations for process enhancements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in card operations
- Familiarity with Visa and Mastercard certifications
- Comfortable in startup environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google workspace
