  • Collaborate with tech teams and Card Schemes
  • Meet SLAs for card personalization and delivery
  • Drive post-launch evaluations for process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in card operations
  • Familiarity with Visa and Mastercard certifications
  • Comfortable in startup environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google workspace
