Job Description:
MedIQ Smart Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Empanelment Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, health insurance, and inpatient department management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead case empanelment processes for healthcare services.
- Build relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, and TPAs.
- Evaluate and empanel hospitals in alignment with company standards.
- Liaise with insurance companies for health insurance claims.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for timely patient care.
- Oversee patient cases from admission to discharge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in healthcare management.
- Proven experience in managing hospital relationships.
- Strong understanding of health insurance and patient care workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
